Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join their team in a corporate environment. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Credit Control process, ensuring aged debt is collected quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients to guarantee prompt collection of debts.
- Accurately code and update financial systems to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Pursue overdue debts through appropriate channels, maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Liaise with other teams to ensure effective communication and adherence to Credit Control policy.
Requirements
- Over four years of experience in credit control with B2B customers.
- Desired experience includes working within the corporate sector or a financial services environment.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and team spirit, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines, with experience using Microsoft platforms.
