About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Life Science Recruitment Specialist to join our team at RECRUITMENT PROFESSIONALS LTD. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Lead Recruitment Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients in the life science industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Source and attract top talent in the life science industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months' experience as a 360 recruitment consultant
  • Proven track record of winning and delivering on new business
  • Strong strategic account management skills
  • Ability to work a minimum of three days from the office
  • Driver and car owner preferred due to office location
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary between £25,000 to £35,000
  • Hybrid working model with three days in the office and two days from home
