Part Time Contracts Administrator

Our longstanding central Birmingham based client are recruiting an experienced Part Time Contracts Administrator to join their Contracts team on a temporary basis.
This role will be starting immediately until the end of February 2023.
You will be working as part of a small team with a busy and diverse workload.
Duties will include
Compliance checking of information to ensure requirements are met
Data management
Sending and receiving e mails in a timely manner
Providing support services to a range of internal and external customers
Using management systems to maintain and analyse data
Providing a high level of customer service to internal teams
Supporting the team with performance and financial analysis through data reports, analysis and claims
Managing and updating databases
Experience / Person Specification
Previous experience in Administration / Compliance
Excellent prioritisation skills
Readily available for work
Competent in data management and manipulation
PC literate including MS Office
Hours
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday - 3 days per week
22.5 hours per week ( Core working hours between 10.00 am - 3.00 pm )
Salary
£25,000 P/R (£12.99 per hour )
