We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join the Marketing team This is a varied role which covers a multitude of tasks so we are looking for someone passionate and hardworking, who is extremely organised and can prioritise their own workload.

**Responsibilities**

**Reporting**
- Responsible for collating and sharing regular sales reports containing key performance insights to key stakeholders across the business on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Monitor and record competitor activity, to ensure we remain ahead of the curve
- Carry out site audits, to identify any bugs or areas for improvement

**Web developments**
- Support in spotting any issues on the website and then raise digital support tickets to get these resolved
- Support the wider team in testing new project launches and developments

**Stores**
- Support our 300+ stores with updates to information and imagery on both the website and Google
- Manage both the opening of new stores and the closure of existing stores online and on Google

**Administration**
- Manage the Digital inboxes by addressing and responding to any queries that come through from either stores or Customer Services

**Requirements**:

- Strong written, numerical and verbal communication skills
- Confident in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Works well both individually and as part of a team
- Experience of a CMS (preferably WordPress) and/or Magento is desirable but not essential
