Located in the heart of Piccadilly in our beautiful flagship store. This central London location, offers so much to explore including restaurants, bars, cultural sites, shopping and more, and only a short walk from the Green Park Tube Station and plenty of bus stops.

**Role Purpose**:
The purpose of this role is to provide dedicated resource to specialise in end user computing devices and associated systems, working alongside and bridging the Service Desk Engineers and the Infrastructure Team as part of the Fortnums Technology Service function.

As well as responding to relevant service requests and providing specialised end user computing support, the EUSA will work with a consultative approach with the end users to enable them to obtain more from their systems and devices and work with the Modern Work Place Administrator on driving best practice. Due to its specialised end user support focus, this role is also expected to provide exceptional personalised support for the business’s senior management and their devices on all operating systems. The role holder will also be responsible for and provide specialised support for AV systems including meeting rooms, event spaces and also digital signage.

**Responsibilities**:
**Operational**

Working as part of the wider IT Service Desk function, the End User Systems Analyst will be assigned, pick up and resolve IT Support tickets raised through the IT Service Desk platform relating to the EUSA responsibilities and broker any escalations of end user computing related Infrastructure or Modern Work Place requests with the relevant team.

Systems that the EUSA is expected to specialise in are:
Modern Work Place

**MS Teams Meeting rooms** - Build, configure and own.
**MS Teams / SharePoint** - Work with business and Modern Workplace Admin and Application Support.
**Front line workers** - Work with business and Modern Workplace Admin and Application Support. (Yammer and Teams)
**Avaya Cloud Office Telephony** - Device/App configuration and use.

End User Computing

**Microsoft OS Devices** - working with supplier, Infrastructure, and Business on device selection, use and support.
**Mac OS Devices** - Working with Infrastructure team on the build, management and support of Macs.
**Mobile Devices** - iPhone, iPad, Android Zebra, mobile POS devices. Manage and own including management systems.
**BYOD** - Investigate use case and solutions with infrastructure team.

Audio and Video

Ownership, management and support of:
**Meeting rooms, Events, Live Events and Broadcast Solutions** - (Drawing Room, Board Room, REX, 3rd floor, MS Teams Live Events etc)
**Music Systems** - Media playe
