An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Foster Carer Enquiry Co-ordinator

The position of Foster Carer Enquiry Co-ordinator will cover the organisation and its partner agencies nationwide and is home based with the facility for attendance to the nearest local office to your home.

**Responsibilities and Duties as the Foster Carer Enquiry Co-ordinator**:

- Receive fostering enquiry interest
- Carry out initial telephone contact following web-based enquiries
- Input all enquiry details directly on to the in-house system
- Close down enquiry where no further action is required
- Pass on appropriate enquiry to relevant fostering service
- Problem-solve to avoid delays or the loss of potential enquirers
- Work alongside the communications team
- Provide management information about regional performance against recruitment standards and targets
- Attendance to meetings

**The Foster Carer Enquiry Co-ordinator will have essentially**:

- Previous experience of working in recruitment or sales marketing environment
- Good written, numerical, and verbal competency
- Excellent communication
- Ability to promote the organisation Fostering to fostering enquirers
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work flexibly including working out of office hours on a rota basis and weekends
- IT competency - Windows, Outlook, Excel proficient
- Experience of data collection and formatting
- Collaborative working
- Commercial awareness
- Have a valid driving licence
- The right to work in the UK

**Desirably**
- An understanding of the operation of an Independent Fostering provider
- Experience of working within a fostering environment

**Job Type: 37 Hours per week**

**Salary Range: £20,648.25 - £24,917.63**
