Reporting to: Groups Team Leader
Main duties and responsibilities_: _
**Operational**
To provide a ticket support and fulfillment service for Groups customers
To request and load allocations onto the system, confirming/releasing seats as per agreement with customer.
**Sales**
Offer upsell items to customers as required.
**Administration**
Load allocation accurately onto the relevant booking system. Save documentation relating to offers correctly.
Ensure customer information is accurately entered onto the booking systems.
Ensure that invoices and confirmation documents are sent to customers.
**General**
4.1 The jobholder is required to exercise total confidentiality, discretion and integrity regarding information acquired as a result of their position with the organisation.
4.2 This job description is not an exhaustive document, but is a reflection of the current position and details may be changed in full consultation with the post holder. The post holder is a member of a team and as such may be expected to help out with other work during the holidays and sickness.
4.3 The above duties must be performed at all times within any stated company guidelines and operational policies.

3 **Hours of work** 40 hours per week between Monday and Friday.
**Salary**: £14,206.00-£19,760.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nottingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
