**HR Operations Manager | Horsham | Hybrid Working | Full-time, Permanent | £45,000 - £55,000**
We are recruiting on behalf of our financial services client for a driven and dynamic HR Operations Manager to join their organisation on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the HR Director and supporting the HR Business Partners, you will be joining an established multi-site organisation with exceptional values. This role is looking for a dedicated, commercially focussed senior HR Professional.
**The role is offering hybrid working of three days onsite and two working from home.**
**Weekly travel to our client’s office in Kent required.**
**Duties**:
- Lead on all recruitment across all offices
- Oversee a small HR team to manage the HR inbox successfully
- Line manage a team of HR Advisors, mentoring and supporting their career development
- Lead on implementing a new HR system
- Partner with an outsourced payroll team to deliver all payroll related data within deadlines
- Produce HR related reports and perform regular data analysis
- Provide coaching and training of Managers, working closely with the L&D team to deliver the training
- Manage the full benefits contract
- Extensive operational HR experience at HR Manager level
- Ideally CIPD qualified Level 7 (minimum Level 5)
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment law, UK immigration processes and HR compliance
- Experience of setting up a HR function would be advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced Excel skills
- Strong leadership skills with excellent team management experience
