**Job description**

**HSEQ ADMINISTRATOR**

**OVERVIEW**

The HSEQ Administrator’s primary role is to assist with the administration of the company’s integrated Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management System, to ensure we comply with relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & 17020). Carry out all duties and responsibilities proactively and efficiently, thereby ensuring the successful delivery of projects in accordance with HSEQ systems and exceeding our customer’s expectations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Comply with HSEQ requirements as described in the HSEQ Manual, Procedures, staff handbook, and as specified by customer HSEQ requirements.
- Update and formalise approved changes to system documents and forms, including roll out.
- General administrative duties, e.g., accurate record systems, including electronic filing and archiving.
- Assist with creation and coordination of HSEQ campaigns and alerts, including maintenance of distribution lists.
- Assist with Technical Register updates and order revised publications where required.
- Monitor Certificates, Memberships & Approvals expiries.
- Assist with evaluation of suppliers within our supply chain.
- Participate in designated HSEQ meetings, take minutes, and distribute accordingly.
- Raise PO’s for HSEQ Department
- Organise refreshments for HSEQ Meetings/Audits.
- Tasks and department support, as required and deemed appropriate by Line Manager.

**COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS**

**Qualifications**
- Basic Numeracy & Literacy e.g. Maths/English at Standard Grade or equivalent.

**Experience/Knowledge**
- Previous experience of working in a related role would be beneficial but not essential.

**Additional Skills/Knowledge**
- Computer literate to an advanced level in word, excel and PowerPoint.
- Organisational skills to enable prioritisation and goal setting of tasks to meet business needs.
- Critical thinker, capable of analysing data while remaining independent and impartial.
