Didsbury High School are currently seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team, providing efficient and effective financial support.

This position is contracted on a Term Time Only basis. This means you will mainly work when the school is open to students and will not need to work during the school holidays unless the contract requires you to do so. In total you will be in work for a minimum of 37 out of 52 weeks.

**About Us**

Didsbury High Schoolis the most oversubscribed first preference school in Manchester. We are a non-selective, non-denominational school, which opened in September 2019. Our students have access to state-of-the-art facilities in a brand-new building behind Didsbury Point. We currently have students in Years 7 to 10 and will be opening our brand-new sixth form in September 2023.

**Job Purpose **_**(**_For further details on the role, please see the Job Description via TES)_
- Provide efficient and effective financial support to meet the Trust’s core financial responsibilities, managing day to day processes in an accurate and timely manner
- Process transactions in to the Trust’s finance system, including purchase orders, supplier and customer invoices/credit notes
- Provide initial guidance to new users and ongoing support to existing users of the finance systems

**Key Skills & Experience**
- Sound educational background including GCSE’s in Maths and English (A*-C) or equivalent
- Experience working in a school environment would be advantageous
- Ideally possess prior experience within a similar role
