**Your role at BRE**

We are currently seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a Certification Lead. Some of the essential duties in this role will include:

- Managing a small group of technical auditors.
- Undertaking desktop-based technical audits, collaborating with translators as required.
- Supporting the Certification Manager(s) in ensuring our continued compliance with our accreditation.
- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Agreeing and monitoring key objectives for direct reports.
- Ensure direct reports and wider team members maintain our service level agreements by supporting them in the management and prioritization of their workloads.
- Support both internal colleagues and customers queries via multiple platforms.
- Managing and supporting the up-skilling of other team members, including training of new staff, NSOs and Approved Suppliers.
- Recognise and highlight high performance and accomplishments.
- Provide resilience by undertaking Certification decisions on all assessments in the Certification Managers' absence.
- Produce content for internal and external communication including presentations.

- Efficient and able to manage a busy workload.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Confidence in a fast-paced environment, prioritising a busy workload and working to tight deadlines.
- Good attention to detail.
- Advance user in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn bespoke IT systems.
- BPS Operations Technical Auditor experience.

Desired:

- Previous leadership experience.
- Proven organisational skills.
