Main Responsibilities
- To effectively manage the day-to-day running of the room with the managers.
- To be responsible for high standards of care.
- To be responsible for deployment of staff efficiently and effectively.
- To be responsible for maintaining and organising all paperwork (children’s development files, etc)
- To provide effective day-to-day management of the toddler room.
- To assist the manager in setting and implementing policies.
- To assist the manager in promoting Equal Opportunities.
- To assist the manager in ensuring Little Stars Nursery meets Ofsted registration and inspection criteria.
- To promote and facilitate partnerships with parents/carers or other family members.
- To ensure confidentiality of staff, children and parents is maintained
- To work alongside the manager and staff team to ensure that the philosophy behind Little Stars Nursery is achieved.

Childcare qualification, knowledge of Safeguarding and the EYFS is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
