Retail Project Coordinator

**_Please note this role is predominantly working from home but you will be required to work 3-6 days per month from our office in London as well as regularly visiting stores. You will be required to visit our office in Kemble 2 days per month._**

As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, **_Cotswold Outdoor_**_ _**is joined by **_Runners Need_**_ _**and **_Snow + Rock_**_ _**to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability
**How will you make an impact?**
- Managing the implementation of planned retail estate improvements through key retail projects
- Ensuring successful delivery and embedding of change initiatives within the retail environment
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute retail projects in alignment with the retail prioritisation plan
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of retail projects, ensuring they meet predefined measures of success and adhere to critical paths
- Conducting regular evaluations of change programs against ROI in coordination with the Retail Business Analyst
- Facilitating autopsy meetings to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement
- Providing support and guidance to Operations Managers in planning the critical path of business-as-usual activity relating to retail changes
- Acting as a liaison between head office teams and retail operations, leveraging retail expertise for targeted change initiatives.
- Please note this role is 40 hours per week._

- Familiarity with retail management systems
