Project Resourcing Co-ordinator

As a Resource Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered for our customers to the high standard expected. Working under direction of the Global Resource Manager, and in cooperation with project managers and coordinators, you will help deliver our strategy of having high-quality, reliable, trained, local resources to complete projects 24/7/365 across the world. Occasional travel may be required for meetings or internal training.
Role Overview
- Assist in recruiting and vetting of field technicians
- Coordinate technician onboarding, including gathering of required documentation, preparation and tracking of required training
- Ensure technicians are prepared for all site visits, including access to site-specific Webex chats, required tools and equipment, understanding of scope of work and onsite process/procedures
- Verify accurate start times for onsite work
- Maintain technician records, personnel files, training records
- Work with TechOps team to maintain and monitor technician performance evaluations
- Collaborate with Global Resource Manager on resource allocation and planning
- Function as initial point of contact for internal teams on technician-related issues
**Skills / Experience required for the Opportunity**
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within a project delivery environment
- Minimum of 2 Years Program/project co-ordinator experience, preferably multi-national technology services environment (AV, VC, LAN/WAN, IPT preferred)
- Preferable to have a demonstrated ability to work with international clients, and have international experience of working with European, North American, and Asian teams, or a combination thereof, in the delivery of projects.
- Self-disciplined, self-starter, ability to work within a high-performance team delivering our strategy
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
