Human Resources Intern

Summer placement starting July 2023 for 2-3 months until September 2023.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to the HR department
- Assists HR Team with the development and implementation of HR assigned projects.
- Attend employee relations meetings including investigations, disciplinary hearings and absence reviews.
- Review and implement new policies
- Administration
Required knowledge and experience:
- Working towards a Degree or equivalent qualification, Human Resources Management preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in use of Microsoft - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.
- A proactive thinker and team player.
- To live within commuting distance of our Bradford Office (required onsite 5 days).
