**Responsibilities**:
**Sign Fabrication**: Utilize various materials and techniques to create high-quality signs, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

**Installation**: Conduct on-site signage installations, collaborating with the installation team to ensure accurate placement and alignment.

**Material Selection**: Advise on and select appropriate materials for each signage project based on design requirements, durability, and environmental considerations.

**Equipment Operation**: Operate and maintain sign-making equipment, including CNC routers and other relevant tools.

**Quality Control**: Conduct thorough quality checks on completed signage to ensure they meet Sparkmotion's high standards before delivery or installation.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the design and production teams to understand project requirements and provide input on feasibility and production considerations.

**Health and Safety**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

**Requirements**:
**Proven Experience**: Minimum of two years of sign-making experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.

**Technical Skills**: Proficient in using sign-making tools and equipment, including but not limited to CNC routers and vinyl cutters. Fitting of vinyl graphics and wraps to vehicles.

**Detail-oriented**: Strong attention to detail and precision in all sign fabrication and installation aspects.

**Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and solve challenges that may arise during the sign-making process.

**Communication Skills**: Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and clients.

**Time Management**: Efficient organisational and time-management skills to meet project deadlines.

**Flexibility**: Willingness to adapt to evolving project requirements and contribute to a positive team environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: £25,520.00-£26,655.00 per year
