Outstanding opportunity for a Bids & Marketing Administrator to join a leading law firm in Leeds.

The firm who are ranked within the Top 100 UK Law Firms in the UK are expanding their marketing team.

As a Bids & Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support as and when required which will include supporting with the production and delivery of tender responses, formatting of bids and pitches, the collation and reporting of marketing data.

You will be required to work closely with other teams and departments, including business development, finance and facilities as well as Solicitors and Partners across the firm. The post will report into the Technical Sales.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Setting up tender kick off and progress meetings with multiple contributors
- Producing meeting agendas and actions notes
- Collating and editing multiple inputs to produce finalised tender responses
- Submitting tenders as required
- Managing timelines for tender responses
- Liaising with fee earners, providing important tender updates
- Carrying out client management reporting
- Updating CRM with tender information
- Monitoring tender portals for suitable submissions
- Sharing feedback across the teams
- Updating a number of systems with key tender information for reporting purposes
- Maintaining and updating our bid library
- Formatting bid and pitch documents
- Liaison re setting up dates for webinars and events
- Venue and attendee liaison
- Other support as may be required from time to time
- Provide general administration support to the wider Marketing team as and when required.
- Set up meetings and arrange travel in support of the wider team.

**Skills**
- Knowledge of the legal industry would be an advantage but not essential - Having over 9 months marketing experience and or in a similar role is required.
- Good communication skills, in particular in written form
- Considerable organisational skills, able to balance a wide range of priorities
- IT literate, and confident in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel,
- Ability to work on own initiative and desire to learn and develop
- Occasional flexibility around working hours may be required to support particular peaks in tender production

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
