**About the role**:
The Market Interaction Administrator will play an active role in the Market Interaction Teams day to day processes. They will manage operational processes surrounding the registration and losses of Gas and Electricity supplies on the Engie portfolio, ensuring a ‘right first time’ approach to their work.

ENGIE are recruiting a **Market Interaction Administrator** to be based in **Leeds.** This is a 9 Month fixed term contract role, working 37 hours per week. Working is flexible in relation to office attendance (1-2 days per week) and standard office hours (8:30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 4:30pm Friday) are expected. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Registration (and management of losses) of customers in a timely and accurate manner, assisting with the maintenance and development of all registration systems and processes
- Ensuring Erroneous Transfers are process within SLAs set by industry and monitored by the Performance Assurance Board
- Administrative support for Elec New Connections and changes to existing meters including energisation and de energisation for electricity meters
- Administrative support for Electricity meter removals and full-service disconnections
- Understanding ENGIE’s contractual relationships with Meter Operators, Meter Asset Providers, Data Collectors & Data Aggregators, to ensure that contractual service levels are appropriate and met
- Responding effectively to and helping resolve queries in relation to Change of Supply activities.
- Assisting in complying with Ofgem, BEIS, and DCC requests for information and reports on progress.
- Efficiently and proactively managing the team mailbox and internal tickets abiding by set SLA

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a service provider administration/analyst role
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Energy sector, desirable
- Preferable experience of a customer setup role
- Numerical skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Customer focus
