**Fixed Term Contract/Secondment Opportunity for 12 months | £24,496 to £26,845 per annum (Scale F) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich
In the Norwich Locality, ASSD we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work in the Business Support team, working alongside the Operations Director (Norwich) and the Heads of Integrated Care (PCN) Central and Hospital.

You will be responsible for complex diary management, advanced word processing and document formatting. Also arranging and taking minutes for various meetings, coordinating complaints and information gathering & analysis.

This is a busy position where accuracy, discretion and confidentiality must always be observed. The post supports integrated services so involves working closely with both Norfolk County Council and Norfolk Community Health and Care colleagues.

You will be forward thinking and tenacious with a flair for planning ahead. A confident self-starter as well as a team player. You should possess exemplary communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, working with all levels of the organisation, be personable and able to demonstrate high level IT skills, the ability instigate, set up and minute meetings. There may be a need to working from more than one base so the ability to drive would be advantageous.
