**Description**

Programme Support Officer - 2023:
The focus for the role is process and can show experience of office systems and monitoring and maintaining processes, tracking activity, organising sometimes complex work activities across multiple internal and external diaries and troubleshooting problems.
- Monitoring risk logs
- Chasing actions
- Stakeholder management
- Raise purchase orders
- Developing plans, maintaining milestone progress, reporting on deliverable
- Planning, budgeting, procurement, contract bidding and reporting
- Organise and support meetings, events, and functions
- Overseeing programme and individual pieces of work

**Profile**

Programme Support Officer - 2023:

- Prince 2 qualification desirable
- Previous Programme Support role
- Experience of managing a complex workload
- Understanding of local and central government
