We are looking for an experienced, and capable
**Programme Support Officer**, to work within L&Q’s newly formed Corporate Portfolio Management Office, part of L&Q’s Governance and Transformation Executive Directorate.

They will join an agile, high-performing and values driven team at the heart of L&Q programme of change, tasked with helping to turn L&Q’s five-year Corporate Strategy, L&Q Future Shape, into a reality.

Our Corporate Strategy highlighted our priorities as well as how these will be underpinned through ‘operational excellence’. For L&Q, this means delivering the best total cost solution for our customers through reliable, consistent and repeatable products and services. We want our customers to know what to expect of us, and know that we will deliver on this, time and time again.

The role may suit someone with strong administrative and proactive ethos but who has some project knowledge and wishes to pursue a project/programme career.

They will help support the programme team, including diary co-ordination and management, purchase order and invoice oversight, budgetary tracking, team events and meeting coordination and facilitation (including tracking of actions/follow up), secretariat responsibility for the Steering Group and Programme Working Group alongside holiday and leave planning and tracking.

**Skills & experience we’re looking for**:

- Administrative support: Able to manage complex diaries, capture accurate minutes and actions.
- Purchase order management: Able to map invoices to purchase and ensure goods and services have been received before receipting.
- Communication and Influencing: Strong and proficient at communicating verbally and in written formats, and strong and capable of influencing, with an emphasis on tone of voice and simplification.
- Working with others: Able to form strong professional relationships with a cross selection of individuals.
- IT skills and presentational skills: Highly proficient in the use of the Microsoft 365 package, able to effectively and efficiently support the team and its deliverables.

As a Corporate Portfolio Management Office team, we leverage the latest broader technologies in Microsoft 365 suite to build capabilities and solutions to support our PMO.
