**Job summary**:
**Customer Relations Assistant**

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for developing a participation hub for politics in Wales, who enjoys meeting visitors and is motivated to enhance visitors’ understanding of politics; particularly by increasing the number of visitors that view Plenary or committees.

If you’d like to work in a busy, friendly, customer-focused role at the heart of democracy in Wales, and have the skills and experience we are looking for, then we’d love to hear from you.

**Job description**:
We are developing the estate to be a participation hub which people visit to find out about the issues being raised today, and to collaborate and share ideas for the future of Wales.

**Person specification**:

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills: to be able to adapt your style and delivery to meet the visitor’s need;
- To be organised and thorough: to be able to take information from various sources and provide concise, quick, and relevant guidance to visitors;
