**Head of Delegate Sales**

**The Role**: A growing business name in the conferences industry is looking for an experienced, dynamic and proactive Head of Delegate Sales to lead a team of six sales executives selling delegate tickets. The Head of Delegate sales will leadby example when managing, targeted on their own induvial revenue target selling delegate tickets as well as the team target overall. Pitching to senior decision makers, the Head of Delegate Sales will assist the team in closing sales deals as well as managingtheir own sales process. The successful Head of Delegate sales person will lean on their previous experience selling delegate tickets and as a resuly, will enjoy excellent and uncapped earning potential.

3+ years of B2B delegate sales experience
1+ years of managing B2B salespeople
Experience in selling delegate tickets is essential
