We are looking for a organised, self-motivated and proactive individual to join our Risk Management Health and Safety Practice to provide administrative support to Risk Managers in the Health and Safety team and clients.

For the right individual, if you are looking for a career path in this area then we can consider supporting you to eventually become a qualified risk manager.

**The Role**
- To book audits with clients and to assist in the management of large audit programmes
- To carry out SPOE checks of technical reports
- To analyse audit and survey data and assist in the development of technical reports
- Work towards the IOSH Certificate (funded by company)
- Hit key objectives which are set annually
- Complete mandatory training modules
- Comply with all internal processes and procedures
- Manage client SharePoint sites
- Organise client workshops
- To send out key documents to clients
- To assist with the preparation of client invoices
- Respond to semi technical client questions (once qualified to NEBOSH Cert level)

**The Requirements**
- Educated to at least GCSE level but ideally A level
- Good report writing skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to organise and prioritise workloads with good time management skills
- Very good IT skills (Microsoft Office suite)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
