My client are a national firm of Financial Planners with an established reputation for providing end to end Financial Advice to HNW individuals and business entities. They are currently seeking to add a Technical Administrator to their experienced and friendlyteam to help support the ongoing demand of supporting their longstanding clients. The idea of the role is to ensure the provision of the highest quality administration support to the sales function and the Company’s clients.This role involves being partof a close working administration team, to ensure national and regional objectives are achieved.

**Principal duties**:

- Assist Consultants in the production and issuing of client advice, including liaison with product providers and undertaking product research for the Consultant
- Commencement of the Advice Check List and pre-advice compliance procedures i.e. money laundering and depolarisation procedures
- Issue and follow up of client Letter of Authorities from client and providers
- Acknowledgment of all personal client or third party correspondence
- Co-ordinate the issuing of client advice, client correspondence and enclosures
- Responsible for dispatching new business to providers as per company procedures
- Responsible for input of new business/switch instructions onto Platform sites
- Preparation and completion of business advice checklist
- Diary management
- Responsible for the recording of client information and policy information on the Computer Administration System (i.e. Swift Version 9)
- Ordering of new business quotes from providers, Exchange or intranet sites
- Responsible for commission discrepancies
- Issue of client original policy documentation and contract notes
- Preparation and issue of client reviews including obtaining product specific information e.g. switch fees and funds available, FE analytics work
- Production and administration of client fee invoices

**SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage their own time and achieve strict timescales
- Work on own initiative
- Self starter and finishes
- Can work under pressure
- Well developed problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- High levels of computer literacy - Microsoft Office, Exchange, Financial Express & Swift
- Minimum of 3 years Financial Services industry experience
- Studying towards Level 4 Diploma is advantageous but not essential
