We are currently looking for a Mechanical Technical Administrator to join our busy team in Birmingham, B30

**Mechanical Technical Administrator Duties**:
You will be required to complete varying tasks from the below list on a day to day basis depending the needs of the Mechanical business.

**Sales**:

- Maintain customers, contacts and sales database
- Consolidate sales activity summaries
- Supporting the creation of marketing information including presentations, brochures, etc
- Update sales presentations to match customer objectives as required
- Liaisewith internal & external resources to promote digital marketing
- Liaise telemarketing activities

**Quality**:

- Update document templates, plans, etc
- Work with QHSE team to allocate document references & records revisions, etc

**Proposals**:

- Assist with pre-qual information and quotation administration
- Set up quotation document and populates
- Auditing the documentation storage process#

**Administration to Mechanical business**:

- Issue RFQ’s to suppliers
- Progress reports and populate
- Project safety file
- The issue of projects documentation
- File documents and correspondence as
- Required

**Safety**:

- Manage safety auditing processes
- Maintain training records for Mechanical team

**Supporting team Management**:

- Coordinate meeting diaries, etc
- Maintainsholiday register

**QHSE**:

- Coordination document
- Coordination of online training for Human Focus
- Administrating & Training for new starters

**General Duties**
- Be flexible within the broad remit of the post.
- Take direction and instruction on priorities from line management, which may vary from time to time.
- Carry out any other reasonable projects, tasks or duties to support the business as directed by line management.
- Any other duties the Company considers appropriate to your abilities, including duties which would not normally
- be associated with your job title.

**Mechanical Technical Administrator Requirements**:

- Previous experience within a technical/commercial Administrative role
- Experience of an engineering / projects environment
- Proven experience of high volume data processing
- Knowledge of "Integrity - Evolution M” business system software would be advantageous
- Previous experience managing client orders
- Knowledge of "Integrity - Evolution M” business system software would be advantageous.
- Marketing experience would be advantageous
