Office Administrator

Mike Garwood Ltd are an agricultural engineering company specialising in the sale and service of farm equipment, and are a main dealer for Case IH.
This role is for an administrative assistant to support the service department.
Duties to include answering the telephone, assisting the Service Manager with processing warranty claims and registrations, typing up and processing of technician job cards, processing timesheets, invoicing, filing and general assistance within the Service Department office.
Required skills to include strong IT skills and the ability to work between different IT systems, ability to work within a small team and on one's own initiative.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week
