London, United Kingdom Tower Project Full time

Join the **Tower Project JET Service**. London’s leading provider of supported employment services for young people and adults with learning disabilities and autism.

We are actively recruiting for two **Supported Employment Specialists** to enhance our award-winning Employment Team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting programme that has just been commissioned by the London Borough of Tower Hamlets to deliver supported employment services for the next five years.

As a **Supported Employment Specialist**, you'll play a pivotal role in progressing job seekers with learning disabilities into sustained employment.

Your responsibilities include managing a specific caseload, offering personalised advice and guidance, conducting thorough assessments, devising tailored strategies and action plans, and cultivating partnerships with employers to leverage opportunities that match our client’s employment goals.

In addition, you will be instrumental in facilitating job readiness workshops, delivering in-work support including job coaching to our clients, and collaborating with JET’s Training and Social Enterprise Teams to further enhance client progression.

Whilst previous experience of supporting people with learning disabilities into employment is advantageous, what truly matters is your commitment, enthusiasm, and determination to turn our client's employment aspirations into real outcomes.

Working a 35 hour week you will be based in our canal side offices, adjacent to Mile End Park in Bow, conveniently located for easy access to Tube, DLR and Overground Stations.

Apart from a competitive salary package, the Tower Project values its employees by providing benefits such as a stakeholder pension, 25 days of annual leave, cycle to work scheme, subsidised lunches at our café social enterprises and a commitment to continuous professional development to boost your career and our service quality.
