About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative professional to join our Employment Team in London, with a focus on the Royal Borough of Greenwich. As an Employment Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism into employment, helping them develop their career goals and employability skills, and fostering relationships with employers, job brokerage teams, and local community groups.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for improving the lives of adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults. You will have a flexible and person-centred approach to support individuals in developing a career path and gaining employment. The ideal candidate will understand the needs of people with learning disabilities in relation to securing and keeping employment and working towards targets. To succeed in this role, you will have the energy to engage with people, build productive working relationships, and empower individuals to reach their potential.
