- 24/03/2023 17:17:00An international logistics company based in Dunstable are looking for a Billing/Admin Coordinator to join a rapidly growing team at a very exciting time for them. Salary £25-£28K based on experience.

**Key Responsibilities of the Role Includes**

- Actively involved in file management and monitoring of creation of files in Cargowise.
- Co-ordinating with Project Co-Ordinators to obtain necessary invoices from Service Providers.
- Establish good working knowledge of the systems, this is to include Cargowise - MART - Workflow - GeT, plus any additional systems deemed necessary to carry out role.
- Ensuring all accruals and costs are included in the file.
- Issue Customer Invoices & Proformas.
- Profit and Loss reporting.
- Process suppliers invoices.
- To ensure that all documentation required supporting invoicing to clients are collated in accordance with client procedures.
- Coordinates approval of Invoices from services provided.
- Prepares Authorisation forms and/or any other procedures required by customer.
- To approve cost invoices to accounts after approval by Project Co-Ordinator
- Preparation of the pro-forma invoice.
- Reconcile race accounts from F1 and local agents.
- Administration support on sales and quote template completion.
- Maintenance of administration procedures in a collaborative approach.
- Billing for charter contracts
- Billing for F1 TV contract and additional administration support for utlisation of vehcile redundancy.
- Project support as required.
- Identifying performance issues of processes and proposes solutions to improve/correct performance.

- Good administrative and organisational skills
- Results driven with a high attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and use own initiative
- Experience with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical skills
