Fleet Coordinator

The role of Fleet Coordinator requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in coordinating the damage control of the Just go vehicle fleet. The management of administrative systems and processes will ensure the most effective use of our fleet, boosting utilisation to its maximum potential.

With a focus to manage vehicle damage and insurance claim to recover costs within the set timeframe.

**The role**:
Damages
- Identify damaged vehicles as they return from hire via the damages base on Airtable
- Prioritising vehicles and booking damaged vehicles into workshop via MMP
- Processing client damage payments (within 3 working days) through Aurora and ensuring the payments are recorded accurately and timely within Airtable
- Mediating with clients over damage charges and resolving the issue with a satisfactory financial outcome
- Organising 3rd party repairs e.g. windscreens
- Submitting and chasing insurance claims
- Support FOH by greeting customers where damage has been identified, explaining the next steps in the process of invoicing and obtaining payment

Sales Vehicles
- Removal of sold vehicle entries from:

- Insurance database
- Aurora
- MIDS portal

Admin
- PCNS - sending representations either online or by post
- Processing fuel/toilet cassette & additional valeting charges
- Confirming vehicle collection slots for FOH team
- Creating accident and breakdown packs
- General office duties as and when required
- Assisting FOH with check ins & check outs on busy days

Fleet
- Running end of day stock count report and liaising with Fleet to ensure a correct tally

**About you**:

- Proven experience of working in a fast-paced administration or similar role
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Confident telephone manner
- Conflict resolution skills
- Good data entry and typing skills, paired with knowledge of I.T & Microsoft packages
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service - demonstrating business focus and a desire to succeed beyond what is expected
- Resilient and flexible and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic demanding environment
- Good attention to detail with excellent planning and organisation skills
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
