Reed Finance are delighted to be supporting one of our clients in the Gas Distribution sector to recruit for a Finance Business Partner role.

The overall purpose of this role is to support the financial operations team and wider stakeholders in preparing journals, purchase orders and financial analysis.

**_Responsibilities _**
- Preparing monthly accruals and journals to ensure the accuracy of month end accounts
- Preparing forecasts and budgets
- Preparing information for Senior Management meetings discussing performance
- Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with Senior Managers and stakeholders across the wider business
- Challenge costs by understanding cost drivers
- Qualified Accountant or finalist
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent Ms excel
- Be a strong communicator with the ability to influence
