Our client, a successful estate agency is looking to recruit a Social Media Marketing Executive to join their marketing team in Chelmsford due to continued success and business expansion.

The marketing department is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will be working alongside a team of dedicated and talented individuals who are passionate about the company. You will have the chance to be part of a business that values culture andits staff.

**Key responsibilities include, but will not be limited to**:

- Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with the marketing team
- Management of social media across all social media platforms both B2B and B2C (Linkedin/Facebook/Pinterest/Instagram/Twitter/Tik Tok)
- SM Strategy & Scheduling planning content & copywriting
- Identifying opportunities to grow & improve our social media offering
- Reporting & analytics/tracking & conversion/engagement, analyse ongoing campaigns & what achieves the best traction/engagement to continually improve our social output.
- Community management/responding & dealing with all enquiries, comments/DM’s.
- You will have a proven track record of creating successful paid social campaigns and an ROI.
- You will have a voice and be full of creative ideas & be able to make insight-led recommendations to continuously improve our brand.
- You will be a trendsetter - looking at what’s hot & what’s not You will be one step ahead, constantly looking to evolve & improve our activity, jumping at any given opportunity to profile the brand in the right way.
- Manage & forge relationships with influencers, social butterflies & aligned brands/ companies such as interiors/lifestyle.

**Requirements of a Social Media Marketing Executive**:

- Social Media Marketing: 2 years (required) & Facebook Advertising: 2 years (required)
- Experience working with a media planner to inform scheduling based on events/dates in the calendar.
- You will be bright, enthusiastic and a hardworking team player and be highly organised & capable of working to tight deadlines.
- Have a proven ability to create a clear concise strategy based on analytics & audience research with previous organic & paid social media experience.
- You will be comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment and have the ability to combine creativity & strategy to achieve set KPIs.

**Working hours**:

- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- £24,000 - £27,000, DOE
