Duties will include

Provide a high level of proficiency in financial administration support and contributing to providing an effective and efficient service to customers and stakeholders, ensuring timetables for reports are achieved and working in association with the Directorate Estates Support Unit

To lead and manage the delivery of a Customer focused Estates Help-desk operation.

To lead and manage the provision of an internal Stores facility to support the FMC in providing an efficient and effective Maintenance and Compliance operation.

To establish, maintain, monitor and improve sound financial administrative practices and systems in the FMC.

To advise on the appropriate use of financial codes, and authorisation and approval limits.

Pay is £30.00 per hour
