**Senior Administrator**

**Salary**:£25,000 per annum plus, Veolia benefits

**Hours**:40 hours per week

**Location**:Washington - NE38 8QU

**What will you be doing?**
- Provide excellent customer service in managing any customer complaints and ensuring that they are actioned in a timely manner to the satisfaction of both customer and depot.
- Proactively inform customers in a timely manner should we experience any operational delays which impact on our service delivery, confirming the alternative collection date and time.
- Check Salesforce for any queries that have come through and respond as appropriate.

**Ensuring that administration excellence is delivered and this includes;**
- Running reports as required for the weekly snap projection and these include the Gross Revenue and Disposal reports
- Raising Purchase Orders as required/receipt when goods received in line with company policies
- Maintaining accurate records of all Purchase Orders raised and receipted
- Supporting the administration team where required to assist with disposal invoice matching and passing for payment
- Run reports as required.
- Check Salesforce for any queries that have come through and respond as appropriate
- Check disputed items/invoices and rectify with customers by either raising credit notes or by maintaining charges
- Assist with driver debriefs
- Answer the telephone within required target times
- Perform PDP’s for admin team
- Manage holiday coverage within admin team
- Generate internal invoices

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience in an administrative function including reporting on performance and processing of invoices
- Maintenance of systems and record-keeping
- Literate, confident PC user
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Experience working within the waste industry and experience of QHSE regulations and standards would be desirable
