An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Services Advisor to ensure the efficient and effective provision of a professional People Service to the Trust, promoting a customer care excellence ethos.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

The People Services Advisor will support the People Services Partner in providing a high quality responsive service to managers and colleagues on employee relations cases, sickness absence and recruitment processes; ensuring that the Trust is working towards and maintaining targets and efficiencies in line with sector-wide performance management indicators.

The People Services Advisor will support managers with all employee relations process such as managing attendance, staff investigations and disciplinary hearings, supporting with the preparation of documentation for formal processes.

The People Services Advisor will provide leadership to the People Relations Assistants and Administrators, highlighting any opportunities within the team to support with their professional development.

The People Services Advisor will work alongside other Workforce and OD colleagues to deliver a comprehensive service ensuring a flexible, corporate and holistic approach to the delivery of Trust goals supporting the implementation of the People & Culture Strategy and Integrated Medium Term Plan.

This post is secondment for 9 months to meet the needs of the service.
