We're currently seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our dynamic team and support our business and people objectives.

**What you'll be doing**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with your allocated divisions to ensure HR support is aligned with operational needs.
- Provide professional and confidential HR advice, support and administration across the full range of HR activity; including employee relations issues, terms and conditions of service, policies and procedures.
- Advise the business on correct procedures and risks related to discipline, grievance, appeals, and absence management, ensuring cases are handled fairly, commercially and pragmatically.
- Monitor the completion and quality of PDRs and probationary reviews across the Company.
- Maintain current and accurate information within the HRIS and shared drive and produce robust management information aligned to business needs. Maintaining data protection at all times.
- Coordinate and complete salary reviews and bonus spreadsheets.
- Coordinate the full recruitment life cycle.
- Regularly contribute to the HR team, recommending improvements to systems and procedures to improve efficiency in the department.
- Undertake HR project work when required.
- Conduct yourself in a way that reflects and promotes Van Elle’s company values and acts in accordance with company policies and procedures.

**Who we're looking for**
- CIPD qualification (with Graduate or Associate (Assoc CIPD) level membership) or equivalent an advantage.
- Proven experience in HR administration and providing professional HR advice and recruitment services to staff and managers.
- Working knowledge of employment legislation and practical experience in managing employee relations casework.
- Strong numeracy skills and capable of understanding and interpreting data accurately, with experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically and maintain confidentiality with internal and external stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business.
- Practical and logical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritise and organise work effectively, working under pressure when necessary.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Other Requirements**:

- Eligible to work and live in the UK.
- Flexibility to travel in the UK.
- A full driving licence, that is valid in the UK.
