We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist with a support background in Microsoft D365.

This role gives the opportunity of cross-training in D365 software development, with support from an experienced D365 Senior Developer.

**Location**: Cambridge / Remote, United Kingdom

**Salary**: Competitive

**ERP Specialist Duties**:

- Provide technical support for all aspects of D365
- Troubleshoot user issues and resolve them in a timely manner
- Set and maintain user expectations and communicate resolutions
- Monitor system performance and identify potential problems
- Manage the relationship with our Microsoft Partner, escalating where needed
- Ensure day to day functionality of ERP solutions
- Maintain segregation between live and development systems
- Follow an Agile development process with user stories
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of D365 system functionality and best practices
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss system needs
- Ensure successful integration of D365 with other systems
- Key contributor in the continuous improvement of our ERP solution.

**ERP Specialist Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be self-motivated and results driven
- A degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
