We are delighted to be working with a Cambridge based software company in their pursuit of an ERP Support Specialist (D365) to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support for D36
- Troubleshooting issues and resolving them in a timely manner
- Setting and maintaining user expectations
- Following an Agile development process with user stories
- Ensuring day to day functionality of ERP solutions
- Managing relationships with external partners
- Participating in meetings to discuss system needs
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Selfmotivation and be results driven
- Ability to work solely or as part of a team
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong analytical skills
