Connections recruitment are currently recruiting for a Finance Office Administrator for a prestigious client who is a leading supplier of fabrics, based in Altrincham, Trafford borough.
Due to current growth in their team, they are now looking for a driven Finance Office Administrator to join their busy team.
The role & responsibilities
- Issuing the relevant paperwork to accompany goods.
- Assistance with packing - post and courier in busy period
- Sending out samples
- Filing Administration
- Loading products on the website and updating
- Handling refunds and returns.
- Feeding relevant content for Sales Manager and support senior sales team
- Liaise with internal departments

The is a fast paced and varied role and you have the ability to multitask and learn quickly. There is quite a lot of liaisons between the warehouse and office so effective communication is key. On the job training is provided. They are a very niche business, and the product range is vast. You need to be forward thinking and have the capacity to retain lots of information.
- Impeccable organisational skills
- Strong pc skills in a range of systems, including MS Office functions.
- High personal motivation and an ability to embrace and achieve goals
- An ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and organisation skills

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
