Sales Office Administrator

**Import & Sales Admin / Accounts administrator required to join our friendly team in Altrincham**.

A full-time role within our import / accounts department for a conscientious individual with excellent attention to detail.

In the role you will be responsible for a variety of tasks in both our têxtile import and property management arms of the business covering import paperwork, stock control, sales and purchase ledger responsibilities as well as general office duties including Telephones, Reception, Scanning, shredding, distribution of post, filing and archiving.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing import documentation
- Processing Sales Invoices
- Processing Customer Receipts
- Inter company recharges
- Processing Purchase Invoices
- Making Supplier Payments
- Supplier Statement Reconciliations

**Required skills**:

- Experience in both Sales and Purchase Ledger Roles
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Office - word, excel

**Location**:

- Altrincham town centre

**Hours of Work**
- Monday - Thursday 9am-5:30pm with one hour for lunch
- Friday 9am - 4pm with half hour for lunch

**Salary & Benefits**
- Competitive salary
- 20 days annual leave + Bank Holidays

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
