Imperial Personnel are recruiting for a Finance and Administration Assistant to join our client, a non-profit organisation, in Worksop on a temp-to-perm part-time basis.

**Hours and Pay**:
21 hours per week

3 days as followed

Tuesday 9am to 5pm

Wednesday 9.30am to 2.30pm

Friday 9am to 5pm

**£21,587 pro rata for part time** (plus a temp 2% cost of living uplift)

**Requirements**:

- Collate and process timesheets, sick forms, annual leave forms, travel expenses and pager forms for the production of monthly payroll, whilst updating employment records accordingly.
- To prepare contracts of employment and amendments to contracts when required.
- Prepare agendas for monthly management meetings, take, and produce accurate minutes and circulate all related papers.
- To complete all necessary documentation for the annual general meeting by arranging the venue, speakers, refreshments, and invitations.
- Complete Annual returns and Questionnaires and answer incoming calls.
- To provide monthly reports to management on finance performance against budgets.
- To assist the Team Leader in the preparation of the end of year, reports and financial statements for annual audit.
- Carry out monthly payroll for all staff members.
- To chase payments that have been delayed and to liaise with stakeholders on financial matters.
- To assist with various other finance related tasks such as preparing bills for payment, provide progress on financial expenditure and formulate budgets.

**Requirements**:

- Experience of financial and accounting procedures and knowledge of wage production.
- Good office admin and organisational skills.
- AAT Level 2 qualified or equivalent accounting qualification or experience.
- Good ICT skills such as word processing, database and spreadsheet experience.
- Ability to prioritise workload and good written, oral and telephone communication.
- A working knowledge of Equal Opportunities and Anti-discriminatory practice.
- Experience in preparing monthly management reports and analysis.
- A full clean driving licence.
