**Key Responsibilities**:
- Interact with customers and suppliers in a professional and courteous manner, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Raise orders for customers and assist in managing the order process.
- Complete job sheets for the workshop foreman, booking jobs in and closing them off upon completion.
- Manage customers coming into reception, ensuring a welcoming and efficient service.
- Undertake general admin duties as required to contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Ability to deal with customers face-to-face and over the phone professionally.
- Strong teamwork and independent working skills.
- Capability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledgeable in Excel functions.
- Previous office experience is desirable but not mandatory.
**Package**
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Hourly rate paid at the national minimum wage.
- 28 days holiday per year, inclusive of Bank Holidays.
- Auto-enrollment into the company pension scheme.
- Full training provided.
