Duties to include:

- To provide administrative support to the Finance Administrator
- Good IT literacy (Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel & Teams)
- Able to answer the phone in a polite, efficient and helpful manner.
- Able to organise meetings via Outlook, Teams and Zoom.
- Able to manage and maintain an electronic calendar and paper diary.
- Provide ad hoc secretarial, clerical, and admin duties as and when required.
- Able to work in a challenging and fast paced environment
- Super organised, with an attention to detail
- Able to work independently or as a team, intuitive and able to use common sense
- Able to exercise independent judgement in order to meet the needs of the service.
- Highly flexible
- Experienced in High volume administration (including systems/database administration such as payroll.
- Someone who can work without close supervision, multitask, organise and prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines
- Equipped with good attention to detail and is comfortable handling a wide range of data (including sensitive and personal information)
- Able to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality in all aspects of work.
- A resourceful individual, flexible in approach and who is comfortable to provide additional discretionary effort when the team is in need

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
