**Key Responsibilities**
- contacting & liaising with new starters adding them to our systems and ensuring relevant details are obtained
- observing company compliance procedures and ensuring necessary checks are completed
- carrying out necessary administration in relation to payroll
- distributing contracts to new starters

**Essential Skills**
- excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing at all levels
- excellent numeracy skills and a keen eye for detail
- proficient in MS Office,(in particular excel).

We are a small team therefore it may be necessary to diversify and step in to cover other areas where necessary. Therefore we are looking for someone adaptable, confident and with initiative.

**Salary**: From £12,480.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
