We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team to teach, train and assess across our apprenticeship provision within the curriculum area of Business Administration and Customer Service delivering Level 2 and 3 apprenticeship programmes.
- The successful applicant must have experience gained from working within a business environment and should, ideally, have previous teaching, training and assessing experience. You will also need to have a keen eye for detail, be proactive and enthusiastic, whilst being empathetic to the needs of apprenticeship learners.
- You must be passionate about education and have a keen desire to support learners to become qualified professionals in their field, you must be self-motivated and committed to ensuring all learners maximise their potential and achieve timely success.
- Excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to be fully committed to working with young people.
- There will be a need to work flexibly and travel to employer sites, therefore, a full driving licence is required.
- Being a qualified assessor holding an A1 or equivalent and experience working within the education sector monitoring apprentice progress will be an advantage.
