**Position Summary**
To fulfil all administrative duties in relation to the organisations retail gift aid processing, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and the organisations internal processes.
**Main Responsibilities**
1. Check compliance of all Gift Aid forms
2. Ensure effective Gift Aid procedures are in place and delivered
3. Scan, file and cross-reference donor declaration forms against the EPOS system.
4. Review data to ensure accuracy.
5. Identify and edit errors and input missing data.
6. Identify and merge duplicate files.
7. Create and collate error reports for training purposes.
8. Assist in the gift-aid claim process by fulfilling general admin duties.
9. Undertake any other admin in relation to Gift Aid.
**Duties**:

- Achieve the level of computer competency as required for the role.
- Participate in and contribute to the organisation’s activities, events and meetings.
- Undertake other duties, which may be required by the organisation that are consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the role.
**Training**
The organisation is committed to support continuous professional development (CPD). There is an expectation that the post holder will complete mandatory and role specific training within the probationary period and maintain a level of competence throughout their employment with us. Training includes Safeguarding, GDPR and Health and Safety. This list is not exhaustive.
**Essential Skills and Attributes**
1. This role requires a basic disclosure and barring service check.
2. One year experience of data entry or similar.
3. Good knowledge of Data Protection regulations.
4. Meticulous and detail driven.
5. Excellent English both written and spoken.
6. Good understanding of local areas and postcodes.
7. To demonstrate a commitment to the mission, vision and values of the organisation.
8. To demonstrate professionalism, whilst having a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12-16 per week

**Salary**: £20,363.00 per year
