Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our team. As a Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that align with our brand and vision. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to our visual storytelling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Use your expertise in photography to capture compelling and visually appealing images
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and objectives
- Plan and execute photoshoots, ensuring proper lighting, composition, and framing
- Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, or other photo editing software
- Manage and organize a large volume of digital assets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve your craft
- Assist with social media management by providing high-quality images for online platforms
- Maintain photography equipment and ensure it is in good working condition

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Photographer or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Lightroom
- Familiarity with photo editing software such as Capture One or Final Cut Pro
- Strong knowledge of photography techniques, including lighting, composition, and color theory
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of journalism principles is a plus

**Salary**: £18,332.15-£35,642.87 per year
