Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced photographer to join our team as a Visiting Lecturer in Photography. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering seminars, workshops, and tutorials, and will be expected to have a strong portfolio showcasing personal and commissioned work.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in teaching and commercial and studio-based practice
  • Strong portfolio showcasing personal and commissioned work
  • Ability to deliver technical and theoretical knowledge of photography skills and practice

Please note that Visiting Lecturer posts are part-time, fixed-term contracts for which a specific amount of hours work will be agreed between you and the Faculty. Visiting Lecturer posts are paid hourly and there are a range of pay rates dependant on the role.

As and when relevant teaching hours become available that your CV and experience are suitable for, you will be contacted by the Faculty directly to discuss in more detail. Please be aware that you are not guaranteed to hear back from the Faculty.

Recruitment pools will be closed at the end of September each year, at which point you will be contacted with an invite to resubmit your details for the following year's recruitment pool if you would still like to be considered. If you do not reply, your stored details will be destroyed in line with our data protection policy.
