**Resources & Project Coordinator**

Talking Heads is a well-regarded and expanding LSP (Language Service Provider), working in all languages. Based in Sheffield, we offer interpreting, translation and other language services across the whole of the UK.

We are looking to recruit a full-time **Resources & Project Coordinator (37.5 hours/week) **to join our close-knit team at our Sheffield office.

**Overview of the role**
- Sourcing translators, interpreters and other suppliers for language services.
- Verifying, recording and maintaining supplier data.
- Acting as first point of contact for all suppliers of language services who wish to work with Talking Heads.
- Assisting the Translation & Interpreting Teams on an ad-hoc basis to support in the management of their project. The majority of this role will usually be occupied with the Resources Coordination side.

**Specific duties**
- Working with wider team to fulfil linguist supplier requirements.
- Placing adverts for vacancies.
- Monitoring and recording completion of all stages of Talking Heads recruitment and supplier processes.
- Securing, recording and storing relevant files and documentation.
- Updating bespoke, online management system with latest data.
- Communicating results with the rest of the team on an on-going basis.
- Ad-hoc project management support, including setting up new translation and interpreting projects, sourcing of existing suppliers from our internal system, proof-checking of translated files and general project support tasks.

- Havecultural understanding and be able to work with a wide variety of people, nationalities and cultures.
- Have superb organisational skills - ability to prioritise effectively and efficiently.
- Be flexible - have the ability to switch quickly from one task to the other, when required.
- Be comfortable and confident on the telephone / video calls.
- Have information management skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Provide excellent customer service - to both your colleagues as the Resources & Project Coordinator and our external clients.
- Work well with our various teams to achieve results.
- Be familiar with and comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and other standard IT programs.
- Have the ability to follow set processes, whilst also having the intuition to think outside the box, when appropriate.

**Experience**
- Previous office administration experience preferred.
- Previous experience within the area of recruitment a big bonus

Salary is dependent on skills and experience.

**Salary**: £18,525.00-£23,000.00 per year
